Ambassador Kamissa Camara delivered the commencement address at the University of Michigan International Institute's International Studies Graduation Ceremony on Thursday evening April 30, 2026, at the Michigan Theater in Ann Arbor. The ceremony brought together approximately 200 graduating students from the Program in International and Comparative Studies (PICS), Masters in International and Regional Studies (MIRS), and regional studies programs, along with their families and guests.
